SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship orders out via USPS with delivery confirmation every afternoon. Orders placed before noon will go out the same day. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated on the USPS website. We do our best to protect your liquid in transit, but if you encounter any issues upon receipt, please let us know! Please note: our site utilizes age verification technology. In some cases where age is unable to be verified by the system, we reserve the right to contact you for proof of legal vaping age to complete your order.
Attention IN and UT Residents
Due to regulations imposed by the State Legislatures in Indiana and Utah, we cannot ship e-liquid into those states. If you are located in Indiana or Utah and would like to place an order, contact your local representative and let them know you demand action!
We take extra care to make sure your e-liquid arrives safely. If your order is damaged during shipping, we would be happy to process an exchange for you within 2 weeks of delivery at no cost. In the case you do receive damaged product, please let us know immediately so return shipping can be arranged! Outside of damage during transit or processing, no returns or exchanges on e-liquids will be accepted. Exchanges will only be processed on damaged bottles that are unopened and still retain their factory seal.
